Making an order or a return carries with it acceptance of the following clauses:
FORMS OF DESPATCH:
TIC-TOC JOGUETS (www.tictocjoguets.com) sends its despatches through the Nacex transport agency or the Spanish Post Office Blue Packet Service.
The transport charge will be as indicated on the Web page, except where there is an error in calculation.
TIC-TOC JOGUETS informs the customer of the exact price of transport of the products selected, the customer being able to cancel the order if such transport cost is not acceptable.
The orders less than 50€, have a surcharge of 5€
GUARANTEE OF DESPATCH:
TIC-TOC JOGUETS guarantees the despatch of the goods purchased.
Should the goods not arrive at their destination, TIC-TOC JOGUETS guarantees the return in full of the sum paid into our account by the customer, as soon as possible, reserving always time to find out what has become of the despatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products.
N.B. During dates coming close to the Christmas season the sales increase considerably, making it possible that for these dates the delivery times may be somewhat longer. In every case, the despatches are processed as fast as possible.
At TIC-TOC JOGUETS we work towards achieving the total satisfaction of our customers, so that if when you receive the product, it does not match what you were expecting, you have 10 days to advise us of its return.
An essential requirement for making a claim is that the products are in perfect condition (undamaged, unmarked and unused) and that the products are returned packaged as they were sent. TIC-TOC JOGUETS reserves the right not to accept returns which do not meet these requirements.
In the event that the despatch does not arrive in perfect condition or there is an error on the part of TIC-TOC JOGUETS, the customer has the right to receive the product again without any additional cost or to receive the total amount of the purchase (including transport expenses) once the product has arrived back in our premises and the incident has been checked.
In the case of goods damaged in transit (E.g. broken pieces, parts missing, etc.), the customer must make a note on the carrier’s delivery slip and report the incident by telephone to +(376) 827 070 within 24 hours of receipt, in order to start the process of claim from the carrier for replacement of the damaged goods free of charge to the customer.
If the defects are not communicated within the dates given or are not indicated on the carrier’s delivery slip, TIC-TOC JOGUETS CANNOT ACCEPT such claims, although it can process the despatch of new goods.
For this reason we recommend that ALL THE MATERIAL is carefully inspected on receipt.
If you wish to return a product you should follow these steps:
1) - Notification of the return by telephone to +(376) 827 070.
2) - Send an e-mail with the following details to email@example.com:
--- Name, address, telephone and email with which the purchase was made.
--- Order number and date.
--- Products purchased and purchase price.
--- Reason for the return.
Having studied your request you will be sent instructions for the return, and after inspecting the condition of the goods in our premises, the relevant payment will be made within 10 days to the bank account indicated to us.
Manufacturing faults will be covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, although TIC-TOC JOGUETS will try to speed up the processing of the guarantee by replacing parts or products without waiting for the manufacturer’s response, as far as is possible.
Malfunctioning of the products will be submitted to an examination, given that in 99% of cases these failures in function are determined by the manufacture or by not respecting the technical instructions for these products.
The expenses of despatch to our premises for processing under guarantee will be for the account of the customer.
The expenses of despatch to the customer for products replaced under guarantee will be for the account of TIC-TOC JOGUETS
